Tile prep has begun! The installer was at the house today putting cement board on the floor and walls around the tub.

The brand name was PERMABASE, which was written all over the place (as you can see). The edge of the cement board by the doorways also said EDGETECH, but somehow I misread it initially as EDGETRON. Don’t those sound like superheroes? “Have no fear, fair lady! PERMABASE and EDGETRON are here to save the day!”
